At Allambie Bush Kindy, our educators are highly experienced in working with children and committed to the field of Early Childhood Education and Care. We promote a team culture and all staff members are valued members of the team, with each of their strengths and backgrounds recognised.

We recognise the importance of engaging in continual professional learning and actively encourage our educators to extend their professional knowledge by undertaking further studies in the field of early childhood. In turn they provide experiences and incorporate teaching opportunities that are deliberate and purposeful to help engage the children. We’re very proud of our staff as they help to lead each child from the exciting days of early learning, through a smooth transition into school.

Bec Crompton – Centre Director

Hi, I’m Bec, the Nominated Supervisor and Director of Allambie Bush Kindy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Macquarie University and have over twenty years’ experience in various education roles.

My passion for teaching started with babysitting as a teenager and since then I have held several different positions in both primary, doing before and after school care and early childhood education.

I believe that as early childhood educators we have a great responsibility to provide children and their families with an environment in which young children can grow and in which parents feel comfortable knowing that their children’s development and wellbeing are being promoted and that they are being treated with warmth and respect.
